I hate that term “man flu”, it’s so fucking insulting.

Well, there’s some evidence to suggest that the male immune system is slightly weaker, so the same virus could cause a stronger illness in a man than a woman. Meaning that women don’t act like they’re tougher, they actually are, in that respect. Not that it’s proven or anything.

Still, gotta admit that big manly men being KO’d by a cold and acting all helpless is kinda funny. I don’t think I’ve had flu or anything that bad since I was a kid, though.

My dad’s dog Susie and my mother’s dog Sally. Aren’t they just adorable? Shame these were taken with my shitty old phone. Honestly sometimes I wonder why they bother putting cameras in phones because they are usually awful.

I live with my mother, so the one on the right is banned ;p Susie comes to stay with us occasionally, she was just with us for ten days while dad was on holiday and she is SUPER FUCKING BANNED from my room because she drools even more than Sally. They are lovely dogs but god forbid you ever have any foodstuffs near them, it’s like the great flood and you’re stuck without a fucking arc.

Of course, when I show up I see Sally and go into HOLY SHIT A DOGGIE mode and Rapps gets annoyed because she follows me into his room cos I make a fuss. And then she drools.
